Building prototypes is standard practice for our customers. It is a key step in the process of taking custom designs to production. Our sample department is a miniature manufacturer equipped to mirror our production capabilities. Working within the team process, samples are supported with engineering and project management.

Once a prototype is approved and moves to production, IDG's sample department builds a prove-out unit. The prove-out process verifies all production engineering to verify fit, form and function before it is released for production. This step ensures a high quality display.
